Victory’s long-range cruiser is the Kingpin Tour, built by equipping the standard Kingpin with a top box that incorporates an integrated passenger backrest, along with saddlebags, a touring windshield, wind deflectors on the fork legs and a small light on the front fender tip. As with all the Vegas-based models, the Kingpin Tour is powered by Victory’s 100-cubic-inch Freedom engine coupled to a six-speed transmission.
