A bike for all road conditions’? That’s the idea behind the long-travel-suspensioned Multistrada 1100 S. Its engine displacement grew two years ago from 992 to 1078cc, resulting in an even wider powerband with more low-end torque. The bike also has extended service intervals that require a smaller number of parts and fewer operations, which in turn greatly reduce overall running costs. An underseat storage compartment provides enough space for a helmet, some textbooks or a few groceries.
